1. What is Invify?

Invify is an online platform for creating personalized digital invitations, video invitations, and eCards for weddings, birthdays, engagements, baby showers, housewarmings, and other celebrations.

2. How do I place an order?

Choose a template from our catalog, click Book on WhatsApp(or Customize & Order), share the required details and photos, and our team will prepare your customized invitation.

3. How long does delivery take?

Standard templates are usually delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive all details and photos. Custom or premium templates may take 2–5 business days.

4. How many revisions are included?

Each template includes a set number of free revisions (shown on the template page). Extra revisions beyond that may be charged separately.

5. What formats will I receive?

Video invitations are delivered as high-quality MP4 files. eCards and digital invitations are delivered as image files (PNG/JPEG) and/or shareable links, depending on the template.

6. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only in specific cases — please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. If you need a fully custom design, reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and our team will share a quote.
