Step 1 — Pick a template
Browse our catalog by category (wedding, birthday, engagement, and more) and choose a template that matches your celebration and style.
Step 2 — Share your details
Click Book on WhatsApp or Customize & Order and share the required text details (names, dates, venue) and photos. Our team or AI assistant will guide you through what's needed.
Step 3 — We customize your invitation
Our editors craft your invitation using your inputs, applying the template's design, music, and animations. You'll receive a draft for review.
Step 4 — Review & request revisions
Review the draft and request any changes within the free revision limit. We'll refine the invitation until you're happy with the result.
Step 5 — Receive & share
Once approved, you'll receive the final high-quality file via email, WhatsApp, and your Invify account. Share it with your guests on WhatsApp, social media, or email.
