Shipping & Return Policy

All Invify products (video invitations, eCards, and digital invitations) are delivered digitally. Once your order is completed, the final file is made available for download from your account and shared via email and WhatsApp.

Typical delivery timelines are:

• Standard templates: within 24–48 hours after we receive all required details and photos.
• Custom / premium templates: 2–5 business days depending on complexity.
• Revisions: each round of revisions typically takes 12–24 hours.

Delays caused by incomplete information or pending approvals from the customer may extend the timeline.

Each order includes a fixed number of free revisions as specified on the template page. Additional revisions may be charged separately. Revision requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the draft.

Since our products are digital and customized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once work has begun. However, if there is a technical defect or an error on our part, we will fix it at no additional cost.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before work has started (typically within 12 hours of payment). Once customization has begun, cancellation refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
