By accessing or using Invify's website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content in invitations.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Services.

All templates, designs, graphics, and software on Invify are owned by Invify or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the final customized product for your personal event. Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting templates is prohibited.

You are responsible for the content (text, photos, names) you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos or content you upload, and you grant Invify a license to use them solely to fulfill your order.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, unauthorized content, or other reasons, with a full refund where applicable.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invify shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
